Prime Suspects: Investigations led to the arrest of Mustafa's friends, Armaghan and Sheraz. Reports suggest that Armaghan attacked Mustafa with an iron rod at his residence. The assault was followed by a macabre game where Armaghan flipped a coin to decide Mustafa's fate, ultimately leading to Mustafa being severely injured. The suspects then transported him to Hub, where they set the car, with Mustafa inside, on fire.

Judicial Actions: The case saw significant judicial interventions. A judge handling the case, Zakir Hussain, was stripped of administrative powers by the Sindh High Court due to irregularities, including unauthorized alterations to official documents and improper handling of remand requests.

Family's Stance: Mustafa's mother, Wajiha Amir, has publicly refused any offers of diyat (blood money) from the suspect's family, emphasizing her demand for justice over financial compensation.

Further Victims: Another individual, Zuma, has come forward, alleging that Armaghan subjected her to physical assault over suspicions of leaking information about a call center.
