Using Bioinformatics to Understand Cancer (June 26, 2018)

Описание: Lecture given on June 26, 2018 at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus to members of the UC Denver Cancer Center Summer Fellows. Video is an overview of how we use bioinformatics to interrogate a list of genes altered between different phenotypes in the framework of a criminal investigation. I also discuss some of the history around the discovery and sequencing of the human genome and the types of biological information available for bioinformatics analysis.
