1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather.
2. In the chat, type /newbot.
3. Set your bot name and a username ending in bot.
4. Save the API Token once it’s provided.

▌Tutorial steps for setting up API Token in the agent backend:
1. Log in to the agent backend.
2. Click “Telegram Bot” at the top right.
3. In the pop-up window, click the “pencil” icon to edit.
4. Enter your API Token in the Bot Token field.
5. Confirm and submit to complete the setup.
