This Segment #107 covers:
Liberia Road Fixes contract (in Africa)
Opening a Ketchup Factory in Germany
Working on Wool Yarn in Eastern Europe, then linking it to the railways
Completing 50 businesses of Austria (10.7% of Steam users earned this)
Completing 10 businesses of Maldova (6.2% of Steam users earned this, rare achievement)
Completing 100 towns/cities of Russia (13.1% of Steam users earned this)
Locating and upgrading the Tea Plantation industry (its first sight is in southern Russia)
Constructing a Brick Works in Western Australia, as well as a Clay Pit so I can start working on that road upgrade required to aid in opening Northern Australia and hopefully opening Oxi Ore (the mine requires a train, but I cannot connect the line yet. I'm still trying to figure out how to do this.)
Completing 50 towns/cities of Romania (6.8% of Steam users earned this, rare achievement)
Completing 10 towns/cities of Slovakia (7.5% of Steam users earned this, rare achievement)
Completing 2,000 GLOBAL CITIES/TOWNS ON EARTH! (11.4% of Steam users earned this), which on Segment 108 will raise my Global cap to 32

Keeping it real. I think in order to break through Africa, I need more Ocean Floaties with 2x truck boosts, all purchased in Japan, but I'd need to keep doing businesses to raise that limit, or park all my non 2x trucks until I continue raising the cap.
Note the following:
47k worldwide towns/cities = increase of Global vehicle cap by 46 (1,000 = 1 cap increase)
166k worldwide businesses = increase of per type of truck cap by 83 (2,000 = 1 cap increase)
