This reaction came from a donation suggestion, and while the original video recommended was slightly different, I ended up watching a deep dive into the Gerald R. Ford — the lead ship of the United States Navy. From its sheer size and nuclear power to the insane technology used to launch aircraft, this was completely mind-blowing to watch.

As someone who has only reacted to one aircraft carrier video ever on this channel, this felt like a huge learning moment for me. The fact that thousands of people can live on this ship for months at sea, with gyms, sleeping quarters, fueling stations, and even basketball courts, honestly gave me a whole new perspective on military life.

I also didn’t realize how old this video was until the end — which led me to wonder whether the ship has already been deployed and how much has changed since. Either way, it was fascinating, overwhelming, and slightly claustrophobic just imagining being in the middle of the ocean on something this massive.
