Why do you want to take LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) and Metro North train? Because they are commuter lines in which the train ticket cost does not fluctuate. You could take Amtrak when land at EWR (Newark international airport) however the train ticket price is higher when you buy closer to the departing day, similar to airline ticket buying situation. Specifically for area served by LIRR and Metro North, land at JFK (John F. Kennedy international airport) is preferred to reach Long Island, Harlem, Hudson, and New Haven area since the introduction of Grand Central Madison, part of Grand Central Terminal.
This is a video with people carrying luggage in mind as you typically are when land on airport, either domestic or international flights. To some extent this video is also to accommodate elderly, disabled, and on wheelchair. Exclusively-designed elevator pathway is the idea this video delivers.

Yale University as one of the Ivy League may be one of the most popular university in the world however only few people know where City of New Haven Connecticut is at. As its home, Yale buildings have been integrating with the city. You may not be able to tell which building is whether Yale owned or else unless you are familiar with the area.
