Easy truffle recipe that everyone will love! The truffles make perfect Christmas and birthday gifts once properly garnished, and they store for ages in the freezer.
Melt the cream and butter together until combined, then add your favoured chocolate and preferred alcohol. Chill the mixture until it becomes pliable and then form it into truffle shapes. Chill Again, and then cover the truffles in any way you like. That's it! Super easy, and the variations are endless!
