You'll come across BSAA containers when you play as Leon in the second half of the game and there's a Resident Evil Requiem Trophy/Achievement for opening all three called Crate Expectations. BSAA containers have some pretty good loot including the Marksman 1A sniper rifle. There's also the repair kit you'll need for the main quest.
