Barefoot Architects’ community housing project Hazelmead has won the overall ‘winner of winners’ prize at the annual Housing Design Awards
The innovative development in Bridport in Dorset, developed by Bridport Cohousing CLT, is a co-housing scheme of 53 homes where residents benefit from a 20 per cent discount on rent or shared ownership through the land being held in a community trust.
