Healthy vegan dairy-free white chocolate that we can call ketogenic and diabetic friendly because of the used sweetener. I love to use this recipe as a glazing for my plant-based desserts and cakes.
Recipe:
200 gr raw cacao butter
100 gr coconut milk powder (see sub options in the video)
100 gr erythritol
100 gr cashew butter
1/2 fresh vanilla bean
