We’re delivering modern, well-designed, and environmentally sustainable social housing homes in Banksia Gardens. We’re also preparing a master plan that will set the vision for the longer-term renewal of the Banksia Gardens neighbourhood.
The Banksia Gardens development is jointly funded through the Commonwealth Government’s Social Housing Accelerator and the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build.
The project will deliver approximately 120 new social housing homes located on underutilised land facing Coleraine Street, between DPV health and the local housing office.
These much-needed new homes will be modern, energy efficient and well designed to meet the needs of Broadmeadows’ growing and changing population.
