Power: Coulder
+weapon attack speed
+weapon lifesteal
+weapon attack speed

Round 2
+technoleech
+power playbook (you can also get another weapon perk instead if you're poking more)

Round 3
Power: Cryclone
-SELL lifesteal
+Vital-e-tee
+Vishkar Converter
+Nano Cola
(You may not be able to buy all these during this round, if not then keep lifesteal and don't buy nano cola until next round)

Round 4
-SELL attack power
-SELL power playbook
+Talon Modification Module
+Icy Coolant (if you have enough to get an epic feel free to get anything relevant)

Round 5
Power: Permafrost
-SELL technoleech
Meicicle
+Ecopoint Cryobed
(if you have enough money to upgrade something else then replace Vishkar Converter with a relevant Epic ability)

Round 6
-SELL Vishkar Converter (or whatever you replaced it with)
+Vanadium Injection (DON'T use your ultimate for the rest of the rounds)
+Champion's Kit (Use your Cryo More Aggressively at this point)

Round 7
Power: Frost Nova
-SELL Nano Cola
+Catalytic Crystallis
+Phantasmic Flux
