Hey Guys! I hope that you really enjoyed this video (I spent a long time on it). In this video, I talk about the difference between "Muscle Memory" (The one related to bodybuilding) and Automatic Neural Pathways. After doing lots of research I found out quite a bit about both of them, and I think thought that it was so interesting that I would share it with you guys.
This might also give you some information and examples about muscle memory. I have also heard of some other kinds of "Muscle Memory" like Adoptive Muscle Memory as there are plenty of other kinds of phenomenon's that fly under the same name of "Muscle Memory". If there are any other kinds of muscle memory that you guys would like me to research and make videos on be sure to let me know in the comments.
