🔥 Build REAL strength in 30 minutes with just a pair of dumbbells. This full body compound workout builds lean muscle and trains your body for everyday life, no gym required.
This follow-along strength workout uses compound dumbbell exercises to work every major muscle group. We're talking goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, overhead presses, rows, farmer carries, and a killer finisher. Exercises are repeated strategically for muscle growth (hypertrophy), so your muscles get the volume they need to get STRONGER.
45 seconds work / 20 seconds rest, all levels welcome.

→ Goblet Squat
→ Romanian Deadlift (RDL)
→ Alternating Reverse Lunge
→ Single Arm Bent-Over Row
→ Arnold Press
