Описание: I did a walking video tour of this 8 bedroom Santiago floor plan at Storey Lake resort in Kissimmee for a buyer. It is a really nice unit with one of the best locations on the lake there is on the vacation homes. Property was is really nice shape and needed just some updating to the furniture package that was a bit sparse. Lennar did a really smart thig by building the garage into the home.
It takes away a lot of issues with garage conversions and was a very nice upgrade over is predecessor "The Maui".
They have always done very well in the rental market, don't hear many complaints from their owners.

The 8 bedroom Maui and 6 Bedroom Fiji morphed into The Santiago and Gatsby when they made the trip from Champions gate to Storey lake. But interestingly the Maui made the smallest of detours on the way there by stopping off at Victoria Woods in Providence for a handful of units.
I kid you not. There are Maui's in Providence. I'm guessing less than 10.
