Today is the 19th day of Ramadan and I started my day with a 16 km easy run before sahur. After that, I went through a full workday and finished the day with a Push Day workout at the gym.
Training while fasting requires discipline, consistency, and mental strength. In this daily vlog, I document how I balance running, work life, and strength training during Ramadan.
I'm currently preparing for a marathon, so even during Ramadan the training continues. Let me show you what a typical Ramadan fitness routine looks like.
