Hello and welcome!
I'm going to show you today, how easy (and cheap too) is to make this super cute Tigger decoration, which I made for my son's bedroom.
He loves them very much!
On the clouds, you can't really see on the photo, but I used glitter glue and it's like a mini rainbow stars when you see in daylight!
