Today was exactly what Grit is about.
We ran a fun in house comp to get everyone ready for the Open...
Shake off the nerves, feel that competition energy, and remind ourselves why we love doing this.
Big lifts.
Big efforts.
Big support.
Hollie stole the show with a 126kg clean 🤯 the whole gym went off.
It wasn’t just about PBs though, it was about bringing everyone together and raising a bit of money to support the Wodapalooza campaign as well. Community backing community.
This is why we run these days.
Not for ego.
Not for numbers.
But for the atmosphere, the standard, and the people.
