Using the same route as I did for my platinum run I was eventually able to cut out over 7 seconds from my previous time (18:46). This smashes the developer time by around 3 seconds. It requires practice to memorize a good route and persistence to keep going until you get it correctly but given enough time and patience it isn't too difficult to beat.
My 17th developer time!
