STORYLINE:
A bust of Senator Hillary Clinton was unveiled on Wednesday at the Museum of Sex in New York.
With an "official" presidential seal beneath the bust, Mrs. Clinton's upper half is portrayed in a low-cut gown, exposing her womanly shape.
Artist Daniel Edwards, who also sculpted the infamous Britney Spears "naked on a bearskin rug" piece, said he thought it important to display the former First Lady in this way.
"Because she, in the history of the this country, in the history of the United States is the first leading contender for President that is a woman, so that is a very intriguing thing, and I think it was worthy of being portrayed," said Edwards.
Edwards said he found every photograph he could of the Senator, so he would feel familiar with sculpting her body.
He said, "you look at photos of Hillary in a bathing suit, everything you can find, and as a sculptor if you don't have access to take your own photos, you can't be too discriminating."
The sculpture will be available for public viewing for six weeks.
