Miss Ellie sees Sue Ellen, who claims that she is doing fine in the sanitarium and she wants to come home. Miss Ellie asks Sue Ellen if her drinking problem is because of the trouble with J.R. However, Sue Ellen denies her drinking problem. Miss Ellie tells Sue Ellie to live her life for herself and not everyone else. As soon as Miss Ellie, the nurse locks the door. A nurse attempts to take advantage of Sue Ellen by promising her a drink if she pays for it.
