Stage Details - Long Ride: Tour of Fire and Ice (28km, 1187m)
Ride stages can be completed on demand as a solo effort, or join a group ride or race to complete them with friends. Group rides are available in three lengths, and races use the same route as the “short” group rides.
I have been unwell with a sore chest/throat and a cough, felt well enough to ride just not at the intensity needed to stay with the group until the final long climb up the Alp - where I definitely would get dropped by the leaders even when feeling fully well!! 4.4w/kg is my limit for that duration of climbing.....
