Tanzania launched the "Building a Better Tomorrow" program to create three million jobs in the agricultural sector and increase the contribution of food production to the national economy to at least 10 percent by 2030. Under the program, young people will receive training, land and capital to get started. Analysts believe the program will help change the youth’s perception of agriculture as a career choice.
