The coating line integrates modular units including cleaning, shot blasting, coating, curing, inspection and packaging. Connected via standard interfaces with the scheduling system, it realizes automatic conveying and switching, process command issuance, real-time status monitoring and full-link early warning, helping enterprises optimize production tempo and reduce labor costs.
Adopting an integrated MES + industrial control architecture, it establishes a transparent process control system to precisely meet the strict supply chain management requirements of OEMs. The system collects coating parameters in real time, manages batches, work orders and process sheets online, supports traceability and review of abnormal nodes, and enables visual analysis of quality trends, fully meeting “traceable and controllable” requirements throughout the process.
Targeting the industry pain points of automotive fasteners—small batches, multiple models and frequent changeovers—the line features a modular structure, quick changeover design and anti-mixing mechanism, combined with flexible logistics layouts (including AGV/AS/RS integration). This significantly shortens changeover time, reduces material mixing risks, and greatly improves production flexibility and adaptability.
