4. Evaluate and compare programs based on opportunities for growth.
5. Do not rank a program that you would not want to match with.
6. Compare program staffing models when trying to decide where you want to list different programs within your rank list.
7. Think about what is most important to you in a program - mentorship, networking, location, work-life harmony, etc.
