In this video I review 2 Gundam branded Markers, the Metallic Red & the Eraser Marker.
I had high hopes for the Metallic Red since I wanted to paint some red parts of my kits like the Wing Gundam & The Iron Blooded Orphan.
I tested the markers on parts of the runners to see how they looked & I have to say, I will be returning it.
The ink comes out way to liberally, it does not coat evenly & worst of all the color itself is terrible, it looks orangy or maybe even like iodine, but the color is very hard to place. It looks less metallic & more like sparkles. It actually looks better wet than dry, which I also compared in the video. The color's full name is Metallic Red code: GM16 250. Not recommended.
The Eraser on the other hand works but it also works TOO WELL. A lot of thinner comes out & you end up erasing a lot more than you expected to clear. Maybe on bigger kits it will be easier to use but a lot harder to use on Real & High Grades.
