Kapit is a sticky glutinous rice flour cake topped with latik. Sweet, sticky and chewy packed with rich coconut milk. This is a traditional Kapampangan delicacy prepared during feast. It is a delicious miryenda(snack) or dessert.

3 cups coconut milk
250g glutinous rice
1/4 cup sugar
60g non dairy creamer
33g powdered milk
1 1/2 cup water
