Описание: The International Poma is possibly one of the most famous and iconic ski lifts in Australia and has been turning and lifting rider for over 50 years. It was built specifically to host the F.I.S. international race in the 1960's and they even had to extend the resort down into the gully to meet the 1,500ft vertical requirement.

Today the beast is powered by a diesel engine that chugs to life around the middle of the season once there is enough fresh snow to fill in the surrounding trails. Any advanced or expert rider will love lapping this lift as it takes you to the best advanced terrain at Falls Creek and also is the single lift which offers the most amount of vertical.

We got out to ride the International Poma in the middle of the season, it was lunch time by the time we got to the lift and the sun had decided to make an appearance, not only does this make the video look better but it softened up all the snow. Come along for a ride on the International Poma
