Angry Chicken with Michael's Home Cooking

Описание: I grill some Spicy Angry Chicken. This is really good and I look forward to making it again and again!
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream or yogurt
1 and 1/2 cups of your favorite hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon dried cilantro
1/8 teaspoon cardamon
1 and 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder

You can leave out any spices that you wish.
I think some ground coriander would be good in this also, but I could not find mine.
The marinade is enough for a whole chicken.
I think it is important to score or cut the chicken pieces to allow the marinade to flavor the chicken.
I actually allowed the chicken to marinate for two days and I am glad that I did. This is delicious and the chicken itself was not too spicy.

I actually used Valentina Hot Sauce, I apologize that I misspoke and said Sriracha. I had Sriracha on the brain because it was sitting there as another example of what you could use.
