Ender 5 plus printing bed does not go up level

Описание: I purchased a new Ender5 plus printer on 4-22-2023 and it arrived to my house 7 days later. I was able to get my first print to work after doing setup. The next day I went to print another piece, and the printer bed started to go up crooked. The right side wanted to keep going up and the left side did not stay level with the right side. I went to setting to start the leveling process again and see if that would correct the problem and it did exactly the same thing....went up crooked When the right side reached the top, it could go no further but the motor wanted to keep in going. I had to shut off the entire unit so as not to damage the equipment. I have no idea why it is doing this. I only used it once before and this is what is now happening.
