Note: When using the SPL meter I was using the wrong frequency weighting and that's why the dB values are so low. I should have been using a C weighting and instead I was using A weighting. I will redo the test at a later date. No doubt the entry level Klipsch subwoofers offer fantastic value for money, but they do leave a lot to be desired in bass output and sonic definition. In this video I run a decibel test using a clip from the movie Doom to see if my upgraded Klipsch can hang with my REL and SVS subwoofers.
