First off, I'd like to apologize a bit. Pocket Plus and Personal Wide are a lot more common in the digital planning insert shop world than I initially thought!

Franklin Covey Pocket (FC Pocket) - 3.5 x 6
True A6 (A6) - 4.1 x 5.8
Personal (PE) - 3.75 x 6.75
Franklin Covey Compact (FCC) - 4.25 x 6.75
Personal Wide (PW) - 4.75 x 6.75
B6 - 5 x 7
A5 - 5.8 x 8.3
A5 Wide - 5.8 x 8.3
Franklin Covey Classic (FC Classic) - 5.5 x 8.5
Franklin Covey Monarch (FC Monarch) - 8.5 x 11 [also called letter in some shops]

Planner Math:
(size you want) / (size you have ) * 100 = % to print at
example -
(FC Pocket ) / (personal) * 100 = 93%
width - ( 3.5in ) / ( 3.75in ) * 100 = 93%
height - ( 6in ) / ( 6.75in ) * 100 = 88%
choose the 88%!
(I chose the 93%, knowing I have to cut stuff off the top and bottom because the insert would be SOOOO thin otherwise! But that was a choice I made!)

heyplannergirl on IG has an AMAZING freebie that has done a lot of the math for many common sizes already - scaling up and scaling down! I have it taped into my planner for such occasions! (it also has the planner math equation directly on it! You should check it out! It's free!)

FC Pocket & A6 - .75 x .75 x 1.5 x .75 x .75in (19 x 19 x 38 x 19 x 19mm)
PE, FCC, PW, B6 - .75 x .75 x 2 x .75 x .75in (19 x 19 x 50 x 19 x 19mm)
A5, A5 Wide - .75 x .75 x 2.75 x .75 x .75in (19 x 19 x 70 x 19 x 19mm)
FC Classic {7 RING BINDER, NOT 6!} - 1 x 1 x .75 x .75 x 1 x 1in
FC Monarch {7 RING BINDER NOT 6!} - 1 x 1 x 2.25 x 2.25 x 1 x 1in
