How to make Crispy Cheesy Paneer Tikka Discs at home.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1/4 cup Curd
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
150g Paneer Pieces
3 tbsp Tomato Pieces
1/4 cup Onion Pieces
3 tbsp Capsicum
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Bread Slices
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Green Chutney
Mozzarella Cheese (as needed)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, roasted gram flour, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black salt, and curd.
2. Add kasuri methi, paneer pieces, tomato pieces, onion pieces, capsicum pieces, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add the paneer masala mix, and fry for 5 minutes on low flame. The Paneer Masala Tikka is ready.
4. Cut bread slices into round and ring shapes.
5. Take a round slice, add mayonnaise and green chutney. Place the ring-shaped slice on top and add the paneer masala tikka. Brush with butter and add cheese.
6. Preheat a kadai for 5 minutes on medium flame. Place the cheese paneer tikka in the kadai, cover, and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
