Going small-form-factor (SFF) might be the answer. This video demonstrates an example of building a Ryzen based SFF-PC, starting from the unboxing and almost step-by-step instructions.

This build is my very first and this video is also rendered on this PC. Total cost of €900 (new parts) + €100 (used parts).
