This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. In this talk, Bob sheds light on how to stay connected with audiences by comparing a famous music artist and late night television host and their success through their fan base.
Bob has dedicated his career to removing obstacles between artists and fans. Before joining Twitter as Head of Music, he was the SVP, Product & Marketing for Topspin, a direct-to-fan marketing and commerce platform for artists.
