How to install a piston onto a connecting rod when rebuilding a two stroke outboard motor.
This is a 200hp V6 johnson / evinrude outboard engine.
You will need -
piston
con rod / connecting rod
little end bearings
wrist pin
circlips
needle bearing assembly grease
screw driver
Make sure you have the correct amount of needle roller bearings and that they are all spotless clean. Clean and inspect connecting rod.
I use the same procedure when rebuilding johnson outboards, evinrude outboards, yamaha outboards, mercury outboards, mariner outboards, suzuki outboards, tohatsu outboards and force outboards.
