This doesn´t skip any possessions but thought I´d upload since it saves messing about with the poles.
Simply jump on the Ice Cream stand then throw and jump on the hat, wall jump off the balcony and quickly throw the hat again so you can change jumping direction, and then jump off the wall to get over the balcony.
