U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday ordered the U.S. military to immediately resume testing nuclear weapons for the first time in 33 years, blaming other nations for the decision.
"With others doing testing, I think it's appropriate that we do also," Trump told reporters while he was aboard his Marine One helicopter headed to the meeting.
Later, aboard Air Force One, he told reporters: "I'd like to see a denuclearization, because we have so many, and Russia has so many."
