R.O.B was a mid tier in Brawl with some good things and some not good things. But out of R.O.B.'s entire moveset, the one move he had which stood in a very negative way was his side special, Arm Rotor. Arm Rotor may be one of R.O.B.'s most feared moves in Ultimate but it had a very, very rough start in Brawl.
