Описание: The South African government intends to ban alcohol advertising to try curbing alcohol abuse. Estimates by the South African medical journal say irresponsible consumption of alcohol cost the country 10 percent of its GDP in 2009. But, a year and a half since the country announced its intention, there is still no legislation. Angelo Coppola reports.
