The side hollow body hold is a great exercise to complement into your hollow body core training for developing a overall strong core and will have carryover benefits to countless sports and activities including handstands!
Note:
Choose a progression that allows you to keep your oblique as tight and "locked in" as you can for 20-60 seconds, form there you can move on to the next progression!
A good place to start from is to perform 3 sets per side 2 times per week!
