Since turning 16, I've recorded myself the day before my birthday.
Now that I'm turning 19, I went back and watched those old videos. In them, I saw my 16-year-old self worrying about the future, my 17-year-old self saying I wasn't ready, and my 18-year-old self chasing hollow motivation. Which is why this is the year I work on myself. I'm coming of age, and I'm not backing down any longer.
