De somriure fàcil, mirada curiosa i actitud feliç, el músic californià Bart Davenport, líder de grups històrics com The Loved Ones i The Kinetics, fa anys que recorre les sales de tot el planeta encomanant al públic les ganes de ballar amb la seva reinterpretació sofisticada, fresca i dolça de la música dels setanta. Després de presentar amb banda i en directe el seu últim disc, 'Physical World' (Lovemonk, 2014) barreja de blues, indie pop i tints de garage, Davenport inicia una aventura per Europa a la tardor de 2015 en forma de gira acústica en solitari. El mateix dia del seu pas per la sala Heliogàbal de Barcelona, ens va obsequiar amb un petit tast del que els espectadors podràn gaudir en un dels seus concerts íntims.

With his ready smile, curious gaze and happy demeanor, the Californian musician Bart Davenport, leader of historic bands such as The Loved Ones and The Kinetics, has been touring music halls around the globe for years, spreading a contagious desire to dance with his characteristically sophisticated, fresh and sweet reinterpretation of sounds that take us back to the 70s. After presenting live with his band the latest album, 'Physical World' (Lovemonk, 2014); a mix of blues, indie pop and hints of garage, Davenport embarks on a new European solo acoustic tour in Autumn 2015. The same day that he entertained crowds at the Heliogàbal hall in Barcelona, Bart Davenport treated us to a small sample of what audiences will be enjoying in one of his intimate concerts.
