Vidio kali ini aku berbagi RESEP MASAKAN HONGKONG yang sangat mudah dan simple dari TIMUN JEPANG DAGING AYAM atau CHOI YUK KWA CHAU KEI YUK ( cantonese)

Bahan:
~ 1 timun jepang
~ 1/2 potong wortel
~ daging ayam
~ 1 ruas jahe
~ 2 siung bawang putih

Bumbu:
~ untuk ayam nya :
~ 1 sdt minyak goreng
~ 1 sdt kecap asin
~ 1/2 sdt gula pasir
~1/2 sdt tepung maizena
~ sedikir garam

Bumbu pengental:
~ 1/2 sdt tepung maizena
~ 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk (opsional )
~ 1/2 sdt gula pasir
~ 2 sdm air matang
~ minyak wijen kalau ada

bumbu lain:
~ garam
~ minyak goreng

Ingredients:
~1 zucchini
~ 1/2 carrot
~ chicken meat
~ 1 segment of ginger
~2 cloves of garlic

seasoning for chicken:
~1 tsp cooking oil
~1 tsp light soy sauce
~1/2 tsp sugar
~1/2 tsp cornstarch
~ a little of salt

seasoning solution:
~ 1/2 tsp cornstarch
~ 1 /2 tsp chicken powder (optional )
~ 1/2 tsp sugar
~ 2 tbsp boiling water
~ sesame oil
