Lucy the Goldendoodle is in Week 2 of her Board and Train program at Best Paw Forward Dog Training, and today’s video highlights her leash skills training! 🐕
During this session, we focused on teaching Lucy how to walk politely on leash with better focus and engagement. Strong leash skills are essential for enjoyable walks, improved communication, and reducing pulling or distractions in everyday environments. As Lucy progresses, we’ll continue to build consistency, add distractions, and practice in different settings to help her succeed in real-world situations.
Lucy is making great strides in her second week, and we’re excited to continue shaping her skills as her board and train program continues!
