August 1944, The Falaise pocket
The Falaise pocket is located in France a couple of hundred kilometers away from Paris.
The Allies forces plan to encircle the German Panzer divisions stuck in the Falaise pocket over the river.
The Germans were in bad situation located behind enemy lines in miles. so the German plan is to open a gap and fight the way to the father land of Germany. some of the heavy tanks manage to open a gap for them own escape. while the others wasnt able to escape.
Result : Allied victory since most of the German troops were trapped in the pocket for a while, they surrender when they got low on supplies.
