Day 2 of our Zanskar journey takes you through some of the most breathtaking, untouched, and soul-stirring landscapes of the Indian Himalayas.
🚘 We started our day in Manali, passed through the legendary Atal Tunnel, and entered a new world — Lahaul.
🏔️ Climbed the high-altitude Shinkula Pass (16,703 ft) – one of the rawest mountain roads in India.
🪷 Witnessed the majestic Gonbo Rangjon — the sacred and spiritual mountain that locals worship as a deity.
🌾 Crossed through forgotten villages of Kargyak Valley, where time stands still.
🌌 And finally, reached the peaceful hamlet of Purne, far from the noise of the world.
🔥 Ending the day with a starry night, dinner, and memories that will last forever.
