Описание: Lately, I’ve found myself in a transition phase once again — preparing for a big journey, with so many moving parts to align before I can truly move forward. In times like these, it’s always important for me to clear the space, to ground myself before stepping into the next chapter.

The other day, everything began to feel like too much. So I grabbed my handpans and headed into the forest. After walking for a while, I came across a small dirt path — one of those trails you’re technically not supposed to take. But something about it pulled me in. I followed it until I found a quiet spot, then sat down.

The sun was just setting, casting a soft golden light through the trees. I took out my handpans and began to play. Slowly, breath by breath, I calmed my heart.

I’m happy to share this session with you, and I hope it brings you the same kind of peace — a moment to settle, to reconnect, to soften whatever feels tight within. May it help you calm your heart, too 🤍
