Sweeping is an often overlooked aspect of dealing and it can easily make or break your professional appearance. Using 2 hands is frowned upon in the circles of highly experienced dealers. Although dealers all over the world use 2 hands, it is a feat that can easily be achieved with just a little practice.

If you sweep the dealer hand first or you sweep the players first, always ensure that you keep the dealer's hand on top of the discarded cards so if a player wants to contest a decision you made, the floor can have you play back the hand.
