Loved ones remain devastated after an 18-year-old was killed in a hit-and-run rollover crash that also injured six others in downtown Los Angeles Saturday.
The deadly crash occurred at the intersection of Broadway and Cesar Chavez Avenue near the Chinatown area shortly before 1 a.m. The high-speed impact caused one vehicle to flip over and land on its roof while the second vehicle sustained severe damage. Isaac Arellanes, Jr., 18, was rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
